Terms & Conditions

Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days, subject to stock availability and confirmed payment.
Orders placed over the weekend (between Friday afternoon and Sunday evening) are processed by the following Monday.
La Récréation deliveries are not accompanied by an invoice, either to private individuals or to companies. If desired, it is still possible to receive an invoice by indicating this during check-out.

Return Policy

• It is possible for those who are not satisfied with the purchase to return the purchased product and be refunded.
• You can return the product within 14 business days.
• All customized products are excluded from the right of return.
• The returned item must not have been used/worn, must be intact and in the original packaging, which is considered an integral part of the product itself.
• To request return authorization, a request must be made to info@larecreation.it.
• Once the procedure has been completed, La Récréation sends a confirmation via email containing the return authorization number (R.M.A.) and the instructions to follow to send the goods back.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• La Récréation reserves the right not to refund unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all conditions stipulated.
• In the event that the customer receives defective merchandise or shipping errors on the part of La Récréation, please want to contact us promptly (within 24 hours) info@larecreation.it upon receipt of the package.
• La Récréation reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for non-conforming merchandise and be responsible for the cost of shipping the merchandise back to its premises.

Refunds

• Refunds are made within 10 business days of receiving the return at the address provided.
• Refunds are made using the same payment method as the purchase.
• Shipping cost is not refunded.

Changes

An exchange service is not currently offered.
You can return the product and proceed with a new order.

Payment methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

Credit card

By choosing the credit card payment method, the customer fills out the form with the card information and will immediately receive the outcome of the transaction

Paypal

By choosing the PAYPAL payment method the customer pays directly through your PayPal account or by credit card (the transaction is guaranteed by PayPal).

Thanks to SSL (Secure Sockets Layer protocol), which ensures that in each payment method no one can in any way read the information sent through the Internet, it is possible to pay in complete security.
